We were just kind of wondering - there IS a large trade (worldwide) in wool
shorn from the skins of already dead sheep at the slaughterhouse - don't
know just how it takes place, but the total description of this process for
buffalo seemed to be leading there as well. Since buffalo leather is of
excellent quality, the tanned hides need to be "shorn" at some time in the
tanning process.
