side round and round unitl you get down the sleeves, then put them on a holder

I know there was an article (and pattern) in an old Threads magazine, but I don't know which one. Obviously prior to 1995, when they quit publishing knitting articles, but I think it was within the first five years of the magazine, prior to about 1992.
