When in doubt about a new fiber in regard to wet finishing, I usually: 1. Consider how cmmercial fabrics of this fiber are laundered 2. Take the first woven sample and start with gentle handwashing and line drying to see what happens. After that more agitation, heat, different drying methods can all be considered - perhaps each with a small swatch. 3. Consider how the fabric will be used to determine which method will work for this yardage.
