By the way, do you think anyone would be interested in buying hand cleaned and hand carded yak fiber, ready for felting? We have tried it, and it is really soft and feels very comfortable, but it is not very durable. For slippers and bags we have found a mix of 20-25% yak wool and 75-80% regular sheep wool to give good results. We could send samples to people who might be interested in anything this exotic! Because I work in a Finnish government financed project, I don't get anything for myself from sales, but some local people down here would sure to be happy to have some income.
