Jan, another helpful resource is Judith MacKenzie's video "Spinning Exotic
Animal Fibers and Novelty Yarn", which is a Victorian Video production and
available at
http://www.victorianvid.com/spin.html
which is actually part of www.yarnbarn-ks.com

The angora section is just a section but has some good suggestions, and
Judith's hands are clearly visible as she spins.

Some people like to blend angora and wool (via hand cards or drum carder),
with the preferred percentage varying from 10% up. Even just 10% yields
that lovely soft halo effect.
