I had a grand time at Maryland Sheep and Wool festival this past weekend. I volunteered in the Fleece Sale and Show area, logging in fleece, scribing for the judge from Canada and helping out with sales and returning unsold fleeces to owners.
I've decided I want to become an official Wool fleece judge. Would any of you knowledgeable folks know what it takes to become a certified Wool fleece judge in the USA? I know about the Llama and Alpaca judging programs, and I've heard about a wool program in Canada, but nothing in USA. I bet there's something very official in Australia and NZ.
