Its like they just need to bang their head for no reason. Like a cat
sharpening its claws, they bang their head against anything just to "stay
in shape." Its just "a little workout."
I just wrote about the electric fence. I also have a big chunk of a cut up
tree in the middle of the ram pen. It happened to have a whole in the middle
and I pounded a t-stake in through that to hold it in place so the rams
wouldn't push it up against the fence. They use it for a scratching post.
