I'd seen it a few months ago, and knew it was worth looking at.
The fence is all bobbin lace, done in heavy wire. The site has
an explanation of how and why it was made, but in Dutch so I've
only a vague idea of what it says, despite having read long
discussions of it on Arachne, the lacemakers' list.
