I hate to suggest it, but mothballs inside a tightly sealed bag with the
skin should kill them. Mothballs are a known carginogen so wear vinyl
gloves if you  must handle the mothballs. Just be sure to take the bag
outside in about 2 months to open it and thoroughly air out the fleece. 

Another alternative is to find a dry cleaner with experience in doing
leather, and ask them whether it'll kill moth eggs. 

And Ron long ago mention his CO2 (dry ice) in a barrel method. Just put
a loose fitting top on the barrel such as cardboard sheet. Let the
buggers hatch, then put the pelt in the barrel.
