Re: Fleece and yarn for birds' nests

I am not certain whether or not it is good for them - but  I always 
find old nests around here that are made with horsehair and sheep's 
wool... very comfy looking.... some are all white which really makes 
them stand out in the trees. Two of the horses here have white/multi 
colored tails. The birds seem to use the horse hair for the 'framing' 
on their nests and the wool for the 'interior decorating'. I don't 
specifically put this stuff out for the birds; they just find it and 
use it.
