It is a Shakespeare fishing line counter. Major sporting goods stores
with a good choice of fishing gear will have it. Rappala and Daiwa also
each make one. I got the cheapie unlighted version figuring that a
lighted dial was not critical. :-) It's a fun little toy.

Try a fishing line counter. I got mine at a marine supply store for
