To balance it, add a touch more twist in the direction that the skein
is twisting. Meaning, in your case, counterclockwise. It's twisting
that way in an attempt to balance itself.
However, if it's just a bit (say, one lazy turn) it's probably balanced
enough not to cause problems. More than that--ball it up and just run
it quickly through the wheel again.
