I've been hearing more and more about Kombucha tea and how it helps people with fibromyalgia and other problems. Maybe you could find some and give it a try? I'm going to get some starter early next month. It seems to be a sort of overall boosting tonic, lifting the health level of the person drinking it. But I've heard it specifically mentioned with fibromyalgia.

Also, there's an alternative medicine site run by a doctor that has a page on fibromyalgia, <http://doctoryourself.com/fibromyalgia.html> This site is well vouched for.

I've not tried either of these remedies...yet :) But people I trust say Kombucha really helps, and the alt med site has many treatments that help with various ailments.

not inclined to jump on bandwagons unless lots of people vouch for them :)
