Thank you for this information. I'm a knitter and sort-of-a-spinner. My daughter borrowed my wheel for awhile but I have it back now. I can only knit and do other things in short spurts because of FM and other stuff so am going to give the ideas suggested a try. What to do with spun yarn - my stuff is sometimes so bad that I use to knit teddie bear sweaters for my GD. She and the bears are never critical - hee hee.

I've been hearing more and more about Kombucha tea and how it helps
people with fibromyalgia and other problems. Maybe you could find some
and give it a try? I'm going to get some starter early next month. It
seems to be a sort of overall boosting tonic, lifting the health level
of the person drinking it. But I've heard it specifically mentioned
with fibromyalgia.
Also, there's an alternative medicine site run by a doctor that has a
page on fibromyalgia, <http://doctoryourself.com/fibromyalgia.html>
This site is well vouched for.>
