I spin fine silk on a spindle and do embroidery and cross stitch, which
is similar. I have had great fun spinning dyed silk tops, splitting the
wonderful colors into sections and getting lots of lovely shades of
thread from the one length of silk top. Do you have any pictures of
what you're doing to share??
