Hi AOL Fibernetters,
I sent this message a few months ago. For those of you who missed it,
here it is again. AOL users please read this again. I can tell that
it works for most of you.
Here is the email from a benefactor.
I have found the "switch" to turn off the HTML. The "switch" on AOL
9.0 is not on any of the toolbars or drop down menus, so it is rather
well-disguised. However, to turn off the HTML, one needs to right
click on the message
portion of the email being sent....the bottom selection says "compose as
plain text"...that's it! Now, if I can only remember to do that
before sending
posts to the list!!!
This is important. I have been correcting and sending messages to
FiberNet, but I am not always here to do that. If AOL users want
their messages to get to FiberNet, please follow the procedure above.
If you don't, and I don't spot your rejected email - it is gone
forever.
I cannot help. You have to do it.
Ron
