Hi Merry, The first think I did, was find a good chiropractor. Not everyone is a candidate for this type of therapy and some people don't believe they do any good at all.
I was diagnosed with bi-lateral carpal tunnel syndrome. A hand surgeon sent me to a chiropractor. After a month of intensive treatement, and then some follow up sessions, the carpal tunner problem disappeared. I do have some problems with my left thumb joint. Ice helps. Along with not grasping things too tightly, or for too long, when I use my left hand. Knitting continental style helps take some of the stress off the left thumb. If I could only figure out a way to bead right handed...! wrnk d2 To stop mail temporarily mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] with the message: set nomail To restore send: set mail
