Hand (or any joint or bruise pain). Try any one of a number of those ARNICA homeopathic creams. I'm not a big fan (well didn't used to be) of homeopathics, BUT these WORK - Traumeel is one of the best known. The stuff is dynamite and doesn't react adversely with anything.
