OK, I've googled, and not come up with anything, and I can't find the
instructions that came with the soles. I've finally figured out what I
want to do about the fact these soles had no wooly lining--I'm going to
line them with felted handspun, handknit stuff (specifically, a vest of
my husband's he never liked :) But I can't remember how to go about
shaping and attaching the sock leg to the mocassin sole. I figured I'd
probably crochet through the holes all the way around, pick up stitches,
and knit back and forth across the instep part before heading around in
circles for the leg. But the knitting back and forth part sounds a
little awkward. Should I do it the other way around, make the leg and
then knit the instep back and forth, then sew it in place?
