Thanks so far for the tips. I did have a book on hold at the library that
came in today, The Woolcraft Book, by Constance Jackson and Judith Plowman.
It wasn't really detailed, but it was enough so far to help me understand the
heddles, reed, and the different types of looms, which was really confusing to
me for a while there. From what I gather, ours is a two harness (also known
as heddles??), jack, table loom. Rather basic, but very good for my son's
first try. I am just now getting into the chapter on actually using it, and
hope it will ease me into this. Finally feel like it is making sense. lol.

That book is great for stuff about dying and spinning, too. Nice pictures,
good detail, going to see if I can get a copy to add to my library.

I will also check out these other books and sites you all mentioned. But,
Robin, there wasn't a link to the site that you mentioned?

Thanks again!!

Kim
