Hi Sally,
No, the gadget I was referring to is called a RoboMaid and it is a
low tech, inexpensive thing that does a good job on hard floors
(wood, tile, stone, etc.). Just google for RoboMaid (as shown - with
an upper case R and M, and no space), and you'll get lots of
hype-type information. Ignoring the hype, it does do a good job of
its work. We've had ours for a year, and use it frequently. You
should be able to get one for under $20.
