Hello, I'm Marilyn, spinner and knitter for long time. I joined this
list recently and am very impressed with the interaction of the
moderrator. I've never 'seen' that before and I've been on lists for
years. This is indeed my favorite. I'm a 54yo retired nurse, 3 grown
children, husband, 2 poodles and cat. No grandchildren, however, I am an
honorary grandma to a set of 6mo old twin boys that I knit for. I just
finished a pair of socks made with Regia and size us2 needles. These
needles are giving me fits. I don't remember who makes them but they are
short bamboo and keep snagging my yarn. What a pain!
I enjoy this list very much. It seems more real than others, eh?
Oh, I live in Upstate New York, north of Syracuse
SpinOff is a disappointment. I let my subscription lapse last year and
don't miss it. It was boring and filled with uninteresting blobs that
seem like they were written in record time.
