The issue with the 8/2 cotton, as I stated in my first email, is that
some are so overtwisted and/or unbalanced in the plying that they track
like crazy when woven in weave structures that include any plain weave.
The UKI/Karded Cotton is like that.
That's why I wanted to hear from people who've actually USED other types
of 8/2 cotton, to find out whether other brands track. Webs' doesn't,
but the color selection is poor to say the least.
If you've USED another brand, please let me know what it was like once
washed when woven in a weave structure that includes sections of plain
weave, like huck.
