Tracy, yes, it's clear.

I've played a little dying yarn and now have done some fabric.  I'm
always interested in new techniques and information.  Wish I had more
time -- don't we all.    I just bought some silk scarves and I plan
to dye them  for Christmas presents.

Thanks for the clarification; I'll be trying it this summer when I
won't be baby sitting and have more free time to play.
