Yesterday, I purchased a book on warping that is the nicest distillation of warping steps that I've ever seen. Teresa Folts & David Mathieson "Warping the Loom Alone" - published in 1973 by the Serenity Weavers, Eugene, Oregon The clarity of steps and quality of the line drawings are about the best I've ever seen - no expensive aids needed, sometimes a "cord" for one purpose or another - good for table or floor looms.
