Thanks, Ron, for the list. I, too, have moved on from a dial-up
connection (when you were in Minnesota) to a broadband wireless
connection, and am now _very_ spoiled by the quick connection. I'm very
glad you were able to move the list to Yahoo, because I know I'd miss
Fibernet if it ever went away for good.

And part of the reason I'd miss it is that I'd have nowhere else to ask
the following question:

I've had a Woolee Winder on my Ashford Joy for about a year, and
absolutely love it. But it's started making a chattering noise when I'm
plying (counterclockwise). It doesn't do this when spinning singles
(clockwise), and I'm wondering if the mechanism needs to be lubed
somehow, or something. I thought I'd ask for the list's wisdom before
doing any in-depth research (lazy, I know). Has anyone any thoughts on
this?

Thanks!!

Glenna

You need to contact "Designs by Robert Lee & Son" ((503) 810-1388)
They are very helpful and great to work with you.
This is the "Woolee Winder Co."
Yes it does need oiling and some times cleaning.
You should have received Instructions and a wrench
   when you purchased it..
