Holly that is a LOT of shrinkage ,,,, didn`t you run a test before weaving the blanket ,,,,????? well you could now either weave 2 side panels [ at same time with 2 shuttles , or Crochet around it !!!
Such Big shrinkage might also show a too loose warp , maybe yo were better in having more threads per inch than you did ??? mirjam
