Hello everyone, The "17th Annual Washington County (NY) Fiber Tour" will take place May 9 and 10 on fourteen farms in rural Washington County. We're less than an hours drive from Albany and Saratoga Springs, New York; Bennington and Manchester, Vermont; and Williamstown, Massachusetts, and a half day's drive from much of New England and New York. The tour features everything fiber in this International Year of Fiber, with farms that raise sheep, alpacas, angora rabbits, angora goats, and llamas. Join us for farm tours, lamb to taste, fleeces and fibers. It's a great place to take Mom, or Grand-Mom, on Mother's Day.
