In case of disputes we can be properly represented if we have legal existence. Future claims will also be paid by insurer to the foundation but since we don't have a bank account in the name of the foundation, we may face difficulty in getting the claims. To open a bank account in the foundation or club's name we must be duly registered and recognised locally. Since you mentioned that we can not be registered as a foundation but as a club, the name of the club as registered should be the name to appear in the contract. I therefore suggest the insurance coverage commence on January 1, 2009. This will give us more time to get proper recognition from the ministry of social affairs, open a bank account in the club's name, get more members to meet the minimum requirement of 10,000 members. As of today we only have 249 members ( 61 incorporators / 188 charter members). The balance 9,751 members may be added in the list in the next 120 days.
