Last Friday, the 1st Friday of the month, was again the opportune time to campaign but we failed to assign people to man the registration at the church. I suggest that we assign at least 6 people (3 officers/directors and 3 volunteers) to conduct registration before and after each mass. I also suggest that we prepare a standard FilEx material (brief and concise) to be read by the lector during the mass announcements. The lector will also mention that FilEx representatives with the membership forms are at the entrance ready to assist in registration.
