Dear All, Before we spend much of our time on volunteers, we must first arrange the real role players in this campaign. That is, the IBTs and the Executive officers. Volunteers can not work on their own without the supervision of the IBTs and Executive Officers. Let us first get the commitment of each IBT and Exec. Officers and then form a team consisting of IBTs/Officers and volunteers. Say in Abu Dhabi we create 4 Teams. Each Team will have at least 3 IBTs/Officers and 3 volunteers. We can then schedule our campaign in advance knowing the place where and identifying the team to conduct membership drive.
