Dear All,

Please apologized me for not being available during the meeting on
Friday due to my work related issue (We have a planned plant shutdown
which had already started yesterday) but I'll try my best to be present.

BR,

Dear All,

We have signed the insurance contract already and it is a matter of
implementing it. Now, what we are requesting is to have it took effect
earlier by October 1 and of course it will not take effect unless we pay
the advance of AED 150,000 equivalent to initial member of 10,000 which
the Board had already agreed long time.

The rest of the questions are plain clarification for the benefit of all
such as age limit (up to 60 or 65?), individual policy ? ID ? etc.

Let us prepare our questions if we agree to have the insurance guys join
us for a few minutes of clarifications during our Board / or joint
meeting?

Let us not prolong this anymore. That is why it is very important to
have the minutes of the meeting compiled. SEC will be requiring us about
our Company records and reports and it is better we prepare for these
now.

Thanks to all for your patience.

Hi Bal,

I'm sorry just opened my mails today. By the way, i have not opened your
previous mail asking me to arrange with Al Dafra Insurance for a
meeting. As far as i can remember, you asked me the preferred day for
the meeting however i presumed that it's you as the insurance committee
chairman will arrange. Anyways, its is too late if i will do it
now...most probably i would suggest to have it on Friday where everyone
is present. What do you think being the committee chair for
insurance?...this at least will avoid repeating same questions other
member previously asked.

I further suggest Mr. IBT Chairman, that the meeting be a joint meeting
again and to move it to an earlier time - maybe 6PM so as to fit to the
Party for a Cause of Madam that will start at 8PM. In this case, members
will not wait for the 8PM to be able to attend the party:

Also, meeting can be at the embassy, as hours before 8PM, the host must
be busy preparing the venue...what do you think?

Please advise!
