Travel agency is doing this for their benefit, Our Excellency can just assist so much, it's the UAE law and we all know we can not interfere with that. It was in the newspaper that UAE gave all a notice regarding this matter, it has been happening since a long time, that if you have a multiple visit visa, they discourage all them to continue of doing this. One solid reason why, why are you in UAE for such period of time and still no work permit, what are you doing to support yourself, because with this situation a lot people will end up of doing anything they can to survive, and I believed it's not healthy to all of them and to all.
If you noticed FIlex allows all filipino, visit or with work permit visa, to be a member , this is one way of our Excellency to help our kababayans ( all Filipinos) , I believed some things are beyond his power and we have to respect that, also not fair to judge him like this.
