Let us not glorify this unknown letter. It does not worth your dime. Please do not forward anymore. I had a conversation with Consul General Benito Valeriano and he himself is not aware of this and he won't entertain such unsigned letter. Ambassador welcomes anybody to talk with him and discuss this issue straight with him if he has any problem. If he/she indeed has a strong evidence that there was such negligence or that he/she was not help by the Embassy or by the Ambassador then, she/he has the right to complain but not thru way, unsigned letter. Please let us not permit ourselves to be used nor be an engine for unproductive, unsolicited and unsigned letter. This is very common to us Filipinos. We keep on pulling down and putting blame on others for our own wrongdoing or mistakes. Let's just keep this matter within our circle. I won't be adding too any similar communications.
