Tenancy Contract Mga Kabayan, Please allow me to post one more subject, it’s just a concern. Rumors say, there’s an ongoing move of linking Residency Visa renewal to tenancy contracts. Now initiated in Sharjah, soon in Dubai and one may speculate its implementation in Abu Dhabi and other emirates? Correct me if am wrong, but the subject itself ignites a lot more of issues. Among others, do we expect a pinoy/pinay (or any other UAE-based expat for that matter) earning only AED4-6K/month to own a tenancy contract? During our community projects/services, free-time and/or other form of social gatherings, can we also discuss and offer solutions to the subject? As leaders of UAE-based Filipino organizations, it is suggested to address and clarify the issue at a proper forum, i.e, FILEX could be one of the best vehicles to initiate actions and update us all pinoy/pinay expats. Just thinking loudly. Gumagalang, Alan Click here <https://www.mailcontrol.com/sr/wQw0zmjPoHdJTZGyOCrrhg==> to report this email as spam.
