Hi Boy, Thank you for the kind response. Mabuti naman at you have already formed a committee on election to tackle the coming of new and regular officers of FILEX. We already have the basic guidelines as stated in our By-laws. All we have to do is follow that and implement a detailed regulations in the form of board resolution. If I may contribute to your discussion, i would really be glad to send my comments and suggestions.
I wonder why Rene does not answer your calls or why was he not send any explanation. Is he really that naive? I know Rene will not do that without an important reason. But anyhow, lets respect his silence. Meantime, nobody is indispensable. as we say, the show will go on. there are important things that we need to do for the great majority of our kababayan and FILEX Members.
