Thank you Thesma, I know we have a lot of things to do for FILEX however, with the tenacity of all, then, nothing could be left unturned with everybody's cooperation and support. You are an important figure of FILEX and as such our kababayan are looking up to you for leadership and action. Understanding how FILEX works and how it could deliver its services to its members are basic to all officers so that we can easily transmit to members our desired goals, that is, getting more members to join and sign up.
I wish the Board would be able to have a single day session on : Leadership and FILEX ; The way to go...It is imperative to all FILEX Officers to attend because this will not only strengthen the unified force that is already with us but also it will enhance, motivate each officers on doing better to improve the image of FILEX as well as educate them on the following aspecs of FILEX: A. VISION B. MISSION C. GOALS AND OBJECTIVES D. VALUES E. WHERE WE ARE F. WHAT WE WANT TO DO G. HOW WE WANT TO DO IT. H. GETTING AND MANAGING THE BEST RESULTS OF OUR ACTIONS. THE OPENING SHOULD HAVE A BLESSING AND MEDITATION HOUR SO THAT WE ALL CAN PREPARE OURSELVES TO ACCEPT OUR ROLES, WHO WE ARE AND WHAT CAN WE DO TO FILEX. AT THE END OF THE DAY, THERE SHOULD BE A SOCIAL HOUR FOR EVERY BODY TO ENJOY, KNOW BETTER EACH OTHER AND MAKE THE EVENT MEMORABLE TO EVERYONE.
