i've posted my educated guess regarding the drop in the passing rate ( http://filipinolibrarian.blogspot.com/2008/11/lle-2008-reasons-for-drastic-drop-in.html) and just got a comment saying that an earthquake occurred during the exam. but it's not quite clear whether the quake occurred last year or this year. does anyone know about this?
