Hello there!

My research on 'Collaborative Behaviour of Academic Libraries: The Case of
Philippine Library Consortia' identified Achieving Service Quality (or
alternatively Achieving Service Excellence) as the ultimate goal in
collaboration. It is a desired consequence of collaborative behaviour.

One of the evidence I am pinning to include is the desire of academic libraries
to meet library standards (CHED, PAARL, PAASCU, AACUP, PACUCOA, etc.). I have
accessed through PAARL wiki the Standards for Philippine Libraries prepared by
Ms. Elnora Conti. Can anybody tell me the background of this document (e.g.
the sponsor/s [PRC/BFL?], when this document was made, is it already approved?,
any relevant information). Any information is truly appreciated.

I am truly grateful to PAARL for the the different standards mentioned above
being made available in PAARL wiki. It truly facilitated my gathering of
additional data.

Thanks,
