This is a good question. Because I'm sure there are a lot of graduates of
library science who were not able to take the board exams for some reasons
or another. What will happen to them. will they be given let say 5 years to
take the board or they will be demoted to their position? I know that PRC
through the BFL gave 5 years for these library science employees without
license to take the board. However, if the unlicensed librarian will not
comply what will happen?
