What's new in version 6.4.8
* Reduced noise in areas brighter than white point
* Window size and position are now remembered when
VueScan ends and are restored when VueScan starts
* If Device|Eject is set to Preview or Scan, the media
is ejected prior to processing the last frame in a
scan. This helps overlap processing with loading film.
* Added "Auto" option for "Options|Scan resolution"
and "Options|Preview resolution". This makes the
scan or preview roughly 1 Mpixel.
* Added support for Acer ScanWit 2740S infrared channel
* Added support for 8-bit scans on all Acer scanners
* Fixed problem with Minolta Scan Speed on Mac OS
* Epson FilmScan 200 modes only displayed when needed
