[Finale] Mail refused digests?

Is anyone else receiving copies of the digest (I am not registered to receive the digest version) with the header "Finale - Access denied: Unsolicited e-mail refused"?

Is this a fault in the new system or in my system (I've had two messages like this within the last hour)
