Ha! If only it were just an hour. I guess this is old news for everyone by now, but those 20-second messages were just the tip of the iceberg. My mailbox had already overloaded by the first morning I was gone. I tried to download them all, but after about two hour it was still churning away, so I gave up. Eventually (after another hour trying to get Earthlink's web-based mail access to work for me), I got tech support to delete them.
