Did you go to the link listed below, enter the e-mail address from which you subscribed, and on the following page click on "send me my password" and did you receive no notification of your arbitrarily assigned password? Be sure you scroll down to the bottom of the page, under the heading Finale Subscribers. The blank you want to put your e-mail address in is VERY poorly markd -- it is the very bottom blank with the EditOptions button next to it. Placing it in the blank which is labeled Address: won't work unless you already know your password. It seems this interface was written by a complete fool who has never had to use his/her own software.
I did it and got my password within 1 minute. Then I entered it and changed it to something more meaningful to me and have revisited the site with no problem getting to my settings to change things.
