I as well.  Last week, I followed the instructions outlined below to 
unsubscribe and did so successfully.  I then received the same e-mail from 
the administrator asking me to "hang in there."  I still get many of these 
per day and still wish to unsubscribe.

If anyone reads this who: a. speaks English, and b. can unsubscribe me, 
please do so.
