Well, the particular posting you responded to was attempting to be slightly
light-hearted. See the smiley? - something I very rarely use. I don't *mind*
if people want to have a platform war; I'll follow it or participate if I feel
like it, and ignore it otherwise.
Sorry if I failed in my attempt at being a bit lighter. I'm not very good
at that, and I do sometimes miss things intended as a joke.
This list does seem to be one of the more serious ones I'm on, though, and
I guess that influences me in turn.
