Please Michael, I though I had made it clear enough that your quoting was
quite acceptable. There is absolutely no reason to go into self-defense
mode. Speaking for myself I found it very easy to follow, whether it is
standard style or not.

Just to get the record straight: I did not say this, it was Patrick. So
perhaps in _this_ case an attribution would have been a good thing.

Whatever the case, Michael, I think you are taking things much too
seriously, speaking for myself I really never intended to offend you, and I
am pretty sure neither did Patrick nor Philip.

You asked for advice, and you got it, perhaps some of it a little subjective
and based on rather unimportant details of email format (which I took as a
little "tongue in cheek" but you apparently didn't).

The decision is still yours.
