A few years ago I saw a comedy sketch on TV called "Interenational One Man Wrestling": The man in the ring is beaten and flung from one side to the other, but he's in there alone - there's no-one hitting him.
The best bit is when he puts his arm behind his neck and slams himself head first into the corner post.
This thread reminds me so much of that comedy sketch.
