I don't use layers frequently, and then usually only for an odd measure or two, so this has never been a real problem for me till now. I have to enter a piece with up to three layers in every measure and I am finding the keyboard shortcut for changing layers in Speedy, Shift-' (apostrophe), is not functioning. Having to take my hand off the keyboard to find the mouse and click on the layer buttons at the foot of the screen is driving me bananas!
I imagine this might be because I am using a UK keyboard layout, or is it possibly another Win/Mac issue? Could someone please tell me what to do. On the UK keyboard Shift-' gives you the @ character. What is it on a US keyboard?
