[Finale] Drag Copying

Here's a question I've been meaning to ask for a long time. Maybe it's been 
covered already but here it is:
    With the Mass Mover, when I try to drag-copy a bar that has a double bar 
at the start of it (which is actually attached to the preceeding bar), it 
won't copy. I have to copy and paste. Anybody know the answer to this?
